Kara was born on June 25, 2011 at Kingsbury Hospital, Claremont, Cape Town. Started bleeding at 2 am, water broke at 6:30am and c-section was performed at 9am. Kara was born at 9:10am weighing only 970grams. Head circumference 25.5cm, 36.5cm tall.
